In my opinion, this is the worst company I have ever had for internet service or layer 2 services. We contracted them with high hopes which were immediately crushed. Almost every site we have has gone down more times then I can count. After bringing up my concerns to the management, they assured me they would take care of it. That never happened. Eventually we lost all the deals that we had and instead of taking responsibility they blamed all the problems on us. We eventually got into a lawsuit over how bad they are. ... read more
