Great customer experience, great product selection. The staff was really helpful and professional, will definitely make this my Ottawa stop going forward.
I’ve been a regular here since September, so this feedback is coming from someone who supports this business consistently. The female staff members are generally kind and welcoming, and I appreciate their friendliness. Unfortunately, most of the male staff have created uncomfortable experiences. One male employee only engages with women, is consistently rude toward male customers, and often blasts loud music while working, which feels unprofessional.
