The store is very clean and spacious and the manager is great at recommending the best pre rolls, definitely will be back.
This was a nice spot but I'm not returning as the customer service is . I bought some infused pre-rolls that I could not pull, I thought I was going to concave a lung. Anyways, when I spoke with the team leader, he admitted the products were defective and could clog, but there was nothing he could do about it...i was perplexed..🤷♀️try your luck I guess
Update: this spot has openly claimed to have the best selection, “guaranteed” (tattooed on the windows) I challenge that: they don’t carry Frost, for one. Otherwise, you can price match here, so guaranteed best prices, as also claimed, holds true. There are sooooo many dispensaries in Brampton, it’s the staff that sets places apart. Every shop can have a bright clean space, great selection, short wait times…(all of which this OnePlant has).
