Good customer service real positive
Tristan was fantastic! So friendly, understanding, helpful. My bestie and I walked out of the store and the first thing we BOTH said was “the staff here are all so amazing!” - and she doesn’t even smoke! She’s only ever been in there with me and shares my experience :)
Extremely disappointing experience. The customer service was rude and unprofessional, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. The service was slow, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. I expected much better. I would not recommend this store to anyone and definitely won’t be coming back. But brother, when we came back with our IDs, you still didn't let us enter. This is very bad. You do this to every person.
