Avoid OnePlace Bank at all costs. They financed a shady equipment dealer who never delivered a single thing I paid for. I’ve already paid off 85% of the loan for equipment I NEVER received. When I tried to make a lump-sum payment to close it out, they refused to write off even $2,200 — less than 5% of the note. No help. No compassion. No accountability. Capital one bank has to be the best credit card company out there. They are absolutely amazing. I wish they owned more credit cards. They are so fair And believing you. Great job Capital One.
Worst bank on the planet. I would give this bank less than zero stars of possible. As a veteran, it’s unbelievable to be treated so poorly by an organization that’s says they “pride themselves on being for the customer”. My experience was awful and my advice is to never bank with them again.
