I had a referral for a care plan and after reading some great reviews I decided to to try One physiotherapy and remedial massage .Jay is very knowledgeable and was quickly able to establish the root cause of my pain and set up a rehab plan. I'm only half way through my plan and I'm already seeing great results. All staff have a professional and caring nature to their work and I would highly recommend to others. Looking foto completing my rehab.

I found One Physio on Google and had my first session last week. All of the staff I interacted with were very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to care/want to help. Jay was very thorough in his assessment and came up with a tailored exercise plan that has helped alleviate the pain I was experiencing. Highly recommend
