We’re a unique physical therapy clinic that specializes in delivering one-on-one care in a nurturing setting, as well as using Pilates as a form of treatment. We believe that recovering from your injury isn’t the end of the journey, so we also are a full service Pilates studio, offering private and semi-private sessions as well group classes.

I appreciated Jonathan’s comprehensive approach and encouragement over my holistic wellness journey— not only aiding with my immediate need/issue, but re-instilling my confidence to be active and rebuild the muscle that I’d lost over the two years following my surgery. Would highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this place: it is bright, clean, friendly and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. They answer the phone and accommodate requests in a timely way. Most of all, my PT Kate T. is very bright and explains things carefully, asks permission for each new type of touch or exercise, and is very sensitive to the needs and feedback of her patients, judging from my experience there over several months.
