We believe that recovering from your injury isn’t the end of the journey, so we also are a full service Pilates studio, offering private and semi-private sessions as well group classes.

One Physical Therapy and Wellness is strongly committed to comprehensive evaluation and close personal attention.
I was thrilled to get such wonderful help with Audrey. Acacia also helped me. When I first arrived at physical therapy I could not move my left arm and my hand was not working well at all. I had a difficult rotator cuff injury. By the time I left physical therapy my range of motion was very good and I could do most things with my left hand. It was a wonderful recovery.
Great facility and a very talented therapist. Couldn’t ask for more!
