My Aunts husband is sick and have two adult sons and 5 grandkids. She wants to be sure her house goes to her grandson That Actually helps them and shows up without being begged to do things. She wants to be sure her husband is cared for should she pass before him so I told her about the difference between her will and just setting up a trust.
