Five Star Service all the way around! Amazingly enough I found One Nation Home Loans through Instagram and decided to reach out to see what the current rates are. I had a great rate at 4.50% on a 30 year fixed and was able to get a rate at 4.25% with absolutely no closing cost! No appraisal, title or lenders fees...NOTHING! My loan Officer David Young really knows what he's doing and made the process amazing simple. I have already recommended them to a few friends. Great company to work with!
One Nation Home Loans and my loan officer Sevan Apik really saved the day on my purchase. I was working with Wells Fargo who my agent suggested and 3 days prior to closing they denied my loan due to the fact that I had changed jobs (which they knew about) 3 months prior.
