My nails are great but the customer service was terrible. My appointment was set for 11am but Annie didn’t get started until closer to 11:30am. I was okay with waiting, but when it came to paying she let me know I can add a tip. I never mentioned anything about a tip. After I zelled her, she said “only $56, thats okay” then shooes me out the salon. Expecting a tip after running 30 mins behind is one thing but to also get shooed out the salon was distasteful. I will NOT be returning.
Had Yoki for pedicure. Not impressed. The chair was uncomfortable and no heel support besides a thin layer of towel underneath. Did not clean and remove dead skin around the nail very well. Overuse of e-file pen for a regular polish nail is unnecessary. Need some relaxing music or a TV in the room. Spoke to Anne and she seems nice and sociable. Probably would have a better experience if went with her. The polish color did not seem to blend well even with 4 coat. The foot massage was excellent though.
Called about scheduling an apt and instead of suggesting a new date and time she simply said she doesn’t have time …. I would absolutely not recommend this place due to the customer service loan. Please find somewhere else.
This place is such a gem for our Chula community! Both Annie and Yoki are so friendly, professional and attentive. I also brought my girls there, we all love our new nails and truly enjoyed the entire experience!
Absolutely loved my experience! Annie was friendly, professional, and paid great attention to detail. My nails turned out flawless—clean shape, perfect polish, and long-lasting. The salon was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high-quality nail care. Can’t wait to come back for my next set!
