I’ve been going to One movement since the beginning, back in a shed in the back yard. It’s been amazing and my favourite place to work out and enjoy a sauna. It’s great as it’s open and manned from 5am. Perfect for early risers. Great for group fitness, community, connection and recovery. If you’re looking for more than just a gym. This is your go to in Colac.
