Angela Grigsby is an incredible instructor. She knows her way around Massage Techniques and Myofascial Release. If you are looking for a relaxed, hands on experience, I highly recommend her. You will get worked on, and you will get to work on others. She does a great job at tailoring the course to your interests and specific areas you want to work on.
Andrea was a fantastic teacher! I took her 16 CEU Myofascial Course and it was tailored to mine and the other students needs - both physically and mentally. With a good balance of book work and hands on work, the primary focus was learning on each other. She was very patient, enthusiastic and encouraging while showing us the techniques. I would highly recommend!!
Ian was hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. Dude just gets it. He Listens to the issues and not only focuses on them but the cause of them as well. He genuinely wants to get to the root of whatever pain you have and fix it. Blown away by the professionalism and dedication to his craft. 12/10 stars
I had the most relaxing massage of my life yesterday with Ian. Being my first massage of the type, he was very informative and professional. Even after what I thought was a light work over during the session, I left feeling several years younger and fully refreshed. I can't wait for my next session!
Great all around! Andrea is very knowledgeable about our human bodies and was so sweet on explaining everything even though I only scheduled a 30 min massage ( as it was a gift to me) and wasn’t enough time. We’ve had such great conversations and teaching me certain things , I left appreciating everything about this experience.
