Terrible service! Huge mistakes that will affect/delay funding and closing. They don't even know how to prepare a Buyer's Estimate correctly. Because of Elena's mistake in preparing the estimate right before funding, my buyers had to wire money twice and funding got delayed one whole weekend, that is soooo embarrassing. This nightmare of a deal finally closed 2 days ago, but my commission check has not been sent out yet! lol STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Kristy was amazing! We had the pleasure of working with one key escrow for a transaction in Santa Paula. She was not only great but the highlight was how communicative she was. 10/10 would recommend for all escrow needs!
