It's a Lille gem in Rochester, NY. High fashion without stuffy pretension. Creative dress with woman that cater to all clientele. The owner never made me feel pressured to buy and although I'm not a frequent buyer, helped me create outfits and decide on what looked best within my budget. I left feeling so invigorated and comfortable to go back and browse and dream and save for the next big spurge. Great shop, so glad we have it here in Rochester!!
