I had a very negative experience with this store. They quoted me one price for a screen replacement but ended up charging my card significantly more without proper disclosure. Their pricing practices feel misleading, and I strongly caution others to be careful. For better service, transparency, and genuine parts, I recommend going directly to Apple, Samsung, or even your phone carrier.
