Great experience with my iWatch Series 4 battery replacement! Fast service, reasonable pricing, and excellent customer care.
Not a great experience. I came in for a data recovery. I had a limited time to recover the data because I was trading in my phone, and the reason I couldn’t do it myself was the screen was broken. The iPhone worked otherwise. They messed up the iCloud syncing 3 times, I had to drive in 30 minutes because the technician wouldn’t let the other technician talk to me over the phone and insisted I come in, and show them how it wasn’t working, and they still didn’t get everything synced.
