My issue was simple -- the back adhesive failed, and they quickly repaired it, plus I bought a phone case, too. Great service.

Took my phone in because it wasn’t charging and Arbaz took a look at it and said it looked like it only maybe needed a battery. 45 minutes later my phone was up and running with a new battery and works great! Great price and great customer service! Would go back in a heartbeat with any other issues!
Walked in: left phones: returned in one hour: 2 new batteries installed. Had a question later on and text was replied to right away .
