Been using them steadily for over a year now, and have been extremely pleased. Customer service is amazing and they are always ready to greet me with a smile and take care of any transactions I require.
Worst bank I have ever gone to. I inquired about getting a loan and they never contacted me back or even bothered to look into it although my credit score was plenty high enough. Allowed others to make changes to my bank account over the phone without even providing my account information to them. If my account became overdrawn they would block the transaction, charge me a fee AND make my payment late before I even had a chance to drive up there and deposit more money the same day. My experience at the Apopka branch was a 100% improvement over that at an Orlando office. They unhesitatingly accepted my check, gave me an account number and a spec sheet to order OneFlorida Bank checks, and ordered a debit card to be mailed to me. And they were as perplexed as I to hear that "banking regulations" required them to wait overnight before they could do these things.
