I wish I could file a complaint against Aaron in the credit card department every month he would blow my phone up. Send me emails freeze my account and make me contact him just to make my payment on the 15th instead of the first of every month I stated multiple times that I cannot make the payment on the first I need the payment moved to the 15th. He never moved it so I would acquire a late fee fees and marks against my credit instead of just helping me out and moving my payment.
Had one bad experience on the phone but otherwise very nice staff. Update: had another one where they withdrew and deposited in the backwards direction of intention. No one has felt like reaching out to me despite that being very weird. Will update if they do.
