These guys are scammers, beware of your money
I started one fat frog, March 3, 2023 since today that we are October 25 I still receive no answer from trailer is not done yet. They never return my calls. I want in person and ask them to return my money because they don’t have not even started one percent of the trailer, but they say no. I know I’m not the only one. I bought a food truck from one fat frog in March 2023, it’s Dec 7 today and we don’t have our food truck. We have been calling our sales rep, Mario, and the vice president, Pat, of the company for weeks now for an update without a call back or a text to let us know where we are in production with our truck. We have currently paid 75% of the truck AS AGREED but now that they have our money they refuse to call us back or give us any information on our truck. This is definitely one of the worst companies to do business with on the planet. Don't take my word for it just take a look at the number of complaints they have on BBB to the point they had to remove their Business from the page. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT under any circumstance do business with One fat frog. All the sales reps are scam artists especially the one named Julio.
