The customer service is second to none. Nevaeh was very knowledgeable and detailed in her answers regarding my current cat wheel. I will definitely upgrade when it is time. Buster says "Thank You!" He loves his wheel!
Have 2 wheels after getting my first 3 or 4 years ago and a newer model this year. If you have high-energy cats, you won't regret this. Have only had to contact customer service once, but it was a great experience.
The diameter of the wheel is superior to other brands, the extra 4" makes a big difference in the gait of the cat. It assembled very easily (just me) and spun really well, low noise. Unfortunately my cats did not use it often enough to keep it, they were first lured in w a laser, then got on by themselves, but not for too long. My cats love their wheel and use it every day. I had an issue with one of the parts breaking on my wheel after 3 years of use, and the team responded quickly with great solutions for me to choose from. Highly recommend!!!
Amazing customer service with quick and easy ordering on the website. I am looking forward to assembling our wheel and will post photos. I am super happy that I found One Fast Cat and will be a customer for life. 😻
