I wish I would have read the other reviews prior to appeasing my child and going here. I WOULD NOT TELL ANYONE TO SHOP HERE. We should have went to Henri's in Columbus again. Not sure why this place is all the rage right now amongst my kids peers. First, the place looked trashy. We have been to this store twice. They have a large selection and the staff are friendly and helpful. They always have a sale section which is nice. There's ample seating and rooms to change. Id definitely recommend! We live closer to mbprom but this place seems to have a larger selection especially of sizes 10 and over.

Having a very hard time getting a hold of anyone and it's about 2 months before my wedding. I'm getting concerned that I haven't heard anything about the dress I've ordered, and I've been on edge about it since last week without a returned phone call. I recently went wedding dress shopping here. As a plus size bride, i was nervous going in and didnt know how many options or how comfortable i would be. My consultant, Kelli, was AMAZING and made sure i had the best experience. She is honestly the reason i’m writing this review, she was that good! and for the shop, they had a wide range of dress sizes and i did not feel limited in what style or type of dress i wanted to try. i would 100% recommend One Enchanted Evening to any soon to be bride and ask for Kelli!!
