I ordered a prom dress for my daughter from One Enchanted Evening after not having any luck within two hours in every direction in my area, 10 hours away. I googled the dress style, size, and color my daughter wanted and this was the only store I could find in the whole US that had it. Came here in a rush, because my last dress appointment at another bridal shop was not what I had planned.... left that store disappointed and upset, not wanting to continue visiting bridal shops. One Enchanted Evening came recommended by a friend. I was in need of a dress for my son’s wedding. I made an appointment which was quite easy. My consultant was Alexis. She greeted me in the reception area and asked when the event was. When I told her the date her response to me was “well, you don’t have a lot of time” at that point I should have just left. Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Needless to say, that’s not a good situation with the people who have your wedding dress. Once you’ve made the original purchase they’ll make it abundantly clear how little your patronage means to them. After wasting 3 hours of my time not once, but twice for appointments they didn’t fulfill they also would not refund hundreds of dollars for services not rendered. Buyer beware!
