One Dharma has been a safe, warm and accepting sangha every Monday for me for a little over a year now. I live in North Carolina so the zoom option has been a real life savor. I have learned so much from Lisa & the other guest speakers there. I feel like my meditation practice has been given a space to bloom and grow. I’ve been attending One Dharma for a little over a year semi-regularly. I find it to be a peaceful, nurturing, and restorative setting, which is matched by the content provided by Lisa Ernst (and others when she is away teaching.) I am new to longer meditations, dharma talks and Buddhism. One Dharma has been a wonderful way to begin to integrate myself into that practice, and to find community.
