Very poor customer service. I realize when it's NOT tax time and they are not in the office there should be someone who checks voice mails and return calls to there clients. I left several messages and to this day have NOT received a single call. Very disappointed. When Jackie and Jack started their office was amazing. They had an employee named Doreen and she was on it. With all the places to go have your taxes done I'm disappointed and wont be having them done. Makes me sad.
