I recently suffered a tragedy in my family and everyone at this credit union treated me like family. My experience with Nate M was incredible and he went above and beyond to help me with all my banking needs. I want to also recognize the debs as both are always so helpful. In general my experience was so great that I transferred all my banking to them! I look forward to working with them in the future.
Everyone at the South Barre branch is helpful and considerate.
Thought this was a good bank! You make all your loan payments on time every month and you call to find out where your title to your car is and they tell you that you owe extra based on interest. You want to do an over the phone payment and they tell you that's a extra 10 dollars to do that. Well based on that I will never do business with this bank again!!
