I went to cash my check like I do every month and they informed me that they had closed my account without warning. No email to my statement account or anything when I asked about the five dollars that was made to be in my savings to keep it open. They said it went into inactivity. So I guess banks are just taking people’s money now.
I recently suffered a tragedy in my family and everyone at this credit union treated me like family. My experience with Nate M was incredible and he went above and beyond to help me with all my banking needs. I want to also recognize the debs as both are always so helpful. In general my experience was so great that I transferred all my banking to them! I look forward to working with them in the future.
