The woman that helped me set up my account was lovely and professional. Joshua the branch manager is neither of those things. I had a simple question and he didn't have an answer but he did have the time to insult myself, my sister, and my dead father. He rather insisted that my father must have done something wrong or my sister. She is a CPA. I asked him to stop talking and he wouldn't. I am so happy I switched to OCB for the nonprofit Mustard Museum's bank account. Michael and Kay have made the transition so easy and they are really invested in the Middleton community. The bank not only became a Gold sponsor of our Mustard Day festival, Michael and Kay volunteered to help with the day's activities. Best bank ever! Best bankers, too!
