Been trying to open cd Apparently they don't want my business call Linda who has my info... leave message numerous times...NEVER got a call back. Going to take my money and business elsewhere to someone who might actually appreciate it. VERY DISSATISFIED . This is definitely not a good bank! Doesn't even deserve 1 star
Besides being behind the times with debit cards they don’t even have the tap to pay ability, I do not recommend this bank for loans-especially Adams branch. A 1 year business line of credit through OCB has been an absolute nightmare. Constantly needing more info and it’s cost over $4k to borrow money that I have grant reassurance for. I recommend using a different bank or credit union. Tried to stay local but it’ll be the last time I do that! Steer clear of OCB Adams. Worst bank I’ve dealt with.
