Real issues if you want them to stop charging a card. I was told in writing 3 times they would stop charging my card, they didn't. Had to block and report them to get them to stop and we'll have to see if they actually do.

Still waiting on a $780 refund. They were great until we paid and they realized we were never all on the same page about the number of people with access. We only received one log in until this week (couldn’t save any templates, went too long without an active crm, needed to cancel) so even if they were going to charge us how can they legally charge us for 3?
