I was a little nervous about trying hypnotherapy and I'm so glad I pushed through my resistance and tried it. Kristen was very attuned and present throughout the session. I felt very supported and was able to dive deeply and address many issues that have been effecting my life. Kristen is AMAZING. . I have struggled my entire life with a certain OCD and just one session with her has helped me immensely. Her calm nature and gentle voice could help even the most cynical person about Hipnosis to fall into a deep state of peace, and her knowledge is above and beyond anything I could have hoped for. I highly recommend her to everyone.
I was going through a very difficult period in my life, specifically with my 10 year relationship.
