It's an alright bank but it would be nice if I could get someone or something to send me my banking information so I can figure out how to put food in the house on the stupid holidays with no meaning. I currently don't have a card waiting for it to be sent, no food in the house, only quarter tank of gas, truck payment, plus forced by law to get insurance that I don't need and can't afford.
Staff is always so friendly and helpful! Unlike other ATMs in the area theirs actually works consistently.

I used to think this was a 5 star bank until I found out you will never have a excellent credit score if you use them. I had gotten lines of credit on my 2 checking accounts and I understand you have to pull a credit report for A-line of credit, however it takes 2 years for the hard pull to come off your credit report but One Bank of Tennessee pulls a hard pull on your credit report every 2 years therefore you can never have a perfect credit score banking with these folks, how goofy is that?
