These people are sketchy scammers, once your money is on there it’s not coming off. I tried to get a small 600$ off a 401k after stopping contributions, they tell me I can’t unless I quit or have some hardship. Stopping the contributions was near impossible as well DO NOT USE ONE AMERICA FOLKS. Edit: as of January seventh I was fired, I still can’t access my funds. I’m gonna can back on the 20th and update
This is a really bad company I been trying to get my money from my 401 k and it’s been so hard to comunícate with this company it’s been already 2 months and keep waiting If you apply to a job and this is the company from 401k don’t do the 401 k. And still waiting Bad company and bad costumer service I never experienced something like this ever
