I’ve been using the clinic for many years now and it’s the only place I use to manage my shoulder and back problems. Firstly I get Kinetic Chain Release from Claire. If you haven’t tried it I recommend it for anyone that’s having any posture or alignment issues. That’s followed by a deep tissue massage from Lesley that helps with loosening all the tight muscles that cause my alignment issues. Excellent treatment from Debbie. Made me feel very comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I was extremely pleased with the results but also with ambience of the clinic and Debbie’s knowledge and proffessionalism.
Claire's hot stone massages are a treat! Feel relaxed and more flexible after each one. Thoroughly recommend! Also tried ear candling, which really helped to clear my sinuses. A lovely alternative in cold season.
