We first started working with One8 a few years back when we converted a very outdated accounting system to Quickbooks Online. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed working with Jonathan and his team. We still reach out to him for questions and advice on a number of different things - not just QBO- and Jonathan and his team have always responded in a timely manner ready to help in any way they can. I wish all of our vendors were as easy to work with! They have my highest recommendation!
Jonathan and his staff are responsive, provide us with great support, and are very resourceful. When we need additional services outside of the scope of their job, they are able to connect us with other industry leaders to further scale our business. When there are tax or payroll issues with other vendors, they have an all hands on deck approach, to ensure the issue is resolved and reduce the impact it may have to the business and our employees.
