Used them years back for what should have been an easy demand letter, however the magistrate ruled they did not meet the statutory requirement for *conspicuously* outlining the demands. When I called to ask for a refund, they dodged taking accountability by saying that the lawyer no longer worked there (why would this matter?), that nobody had asked for a refund before, and they'd have to ask "the board."
