Very rude, said that I hung up on the phone too early to hear there wasn't someone there to do readings today but said I sounded like an 8 year old And that I'd be bringing in my mother. I'm 17 and I even know that's not how you run a business. Absolutely rude. Off to Ms.Maples we go.
