Where do I even start! This place is amazing. I threw my daughter’s sweet 16 this past weekend and the only thing I really had to think about was order the food. They did everything else. Decorated, food service, planned when food would be served, riled up the kids to dance, sorted out the karaoke. I showed up and looked pretty. I highly recommend this venue and the ladies running it are amazing. Attended a great birthday party. The staff were excellent and they did a great job executing the party. Only complaint was that it was too dark; could barely see all the great details or get decent photos.

Highly recommend this place for any birthday parties or events. They were absolutely amazing. Nicole, our event coordinator helped us greatly in decision-making and what would work best for us financially. The staff that works the party the owner, Cathylee and team, Paige and Asia ran the party smoothly with no interruptions and let me enjoy as well as my son the party. We had such a great experience with Once Upon A Creation! Cathylee was absolutely amazing — her customer service was top-notch, and you can tell she genuinely cares about every detail. She was kind, creative, and incredibly professional throughout the entire process. We really appreciate her and all the effort she puts into making each experience special. Highly recommend!
