You’ll notice a few things with the reviews of this location. 1. The staff is rude, and that’s true. 2. They don’t know value. I had styles that were 1-2 years old as my daughter is still very young and they quoted me at 2% of the item value. The issue isn’t that they “only accept styles from 3-4 years old” it’s that they simply want to make as much money as possible without paying out. This location is a rip off! They underpriced my items and took more than what they gave me. Items were brand new and gently touched.
Great store, lots of selection! I donate all the time, I get a good price for what they take.
I go here pretty frequently to buy clothes. Selection is pretty good for such a small location. Never had a bad experience with staff and I'm always greeted when I come in. But as someone who has worked retail. I would highly recommend if you want to talk shit about customers, Don't be so loud about it. I totally agree we get Karen's daily but to be so bold and openly talk about customers is just tacky.
