Horrible experience, I brought bassinet from their langley branch, I don't know why i am posting usually i dont . but I came to this store somehow, to my surprise when I inquired before bringing my stuff in the store , the person on the reception doesn't feel that first of all I should be there with my stuff + very unwelcoming, secondly she gave me a long list to make sure I don't bring the stuff inside, thirdly when I ask if you want to see the bassinet as I have not used at all, she just "K". I absolutely love shopping here! The staff are always kind, helpful, and so knowledgeable - it makes the whole experience such a pleasure. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the store is always clean, well organized, and easy to shop.
