Every time I come in there, I’m a single father. They are very judgmental towards me. Customer service is not good but great store for clothes for your kids. Definitely recommend.
Customer service?????? Even if you’re individually owned rewards should transfer so make that make sense…. Don’t need the attitude when asking a question even if that is the case when you say you don’t know why… take the initiative and say I’ll ask management and find out just to be informed!!! Also pretty hilarious to hear employees talk about other employees while you’re shopping… way to keep it professional lol
Miss May was AMAZING! She so sweet and beautiful. She really made me feel comfortable and was knowledgeable of the rewards, the check out was smooth and I didn’t feel rushed. Love her!!
Worst place to sell gently used kids clothes. Don’t waste your time on this organization. We brought in a bag full of nice good clothes they maybe took 3 things and gave us $8.50 for it. One of the flannels retails for over $24. Not to mention the jeans and shorts in mint condition. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
Once Upon a Child – Scottsdale is a total gem! This is hands-down one of the BEST places for kids’ clothes, shoes, toys, and gear. The store is clean, super organized, and stocked with great quality hand-me-downs — many items look and ARE brand new. Prices are amazing, especially for how fast kids grow! The staff is friendly and helpful, and it’s so easy to pop in and find exactly what you need (or way more than you planned 😅).
