Never been so frustrated with a secondhand/thrifting business. Our experiences are with the Scottsdale and Glendale locations. We wasted weeks trying to get a replacement strap for an item they first said they could accept if we ordered and attached that part. Their words verbatim were, "you can definitely bring this back and sell it if you just call the company, provide the serial number, and just get the new strap."
