The store has a good range of products at good price; however, I came in today evening and the senior employee was very disrespectful and rude because we were returning a discounted product and did not know the policy. The store needs to really train her on how to deal with customer respectfully.
I was there to sell clothes today and didn’t have a very pleasant experience. I had many bags of clothes with many options and they took 4 items in exchange for 10$. It wasn’t worth since they took a kids Jordan tracksuit that should’ve been worth more. Not only that, the staff there seems like they don’t want to help out and has a very annoyed attitude. Also, the place is very messy.
I came into the store around 3:15 PM. One of the employers started giving me attitude because I brought clothes to sell in the afternoon instead of the morning and she said said in a disrespectful way we only take clothes in the morning. The employees that work here are not polite at all I don’t recommend coming to this location to sell clothes or even shop here
