Disrespectful and arrogant staff
Store is full of crap everywhere; you can't walk in the place without tripping on children's furniture right at the door. There is just massive piles of stuff behind the cash, store looks dirty and selection was not good. Lots of poor quality items they are still trying to sell for a minimum of $8 with stains and just heavy wear. They stopped buying merchandise at 11:30 on a saturday? The store has a good range of products at good price; however, I came in today evening and the senior employee was very disrespectful and rude because we were returning a discounted product and did not know the policy. The store needs to really train her on how to deal with customer respectfully.
I was there to sell clothes today and didn’t have a very pleasant experience. I had many bags of clothes with many options and they took 4 items in exchange for 10$. It wasn’t worth since they took a kids Jordan tracksuit that should’ve been worth more. Not only that, the staff there seems like they don’t want to help out and has a very annoyed attitude. Also, the place is very messy.
