Really disappointed with this location. I went to look for a few items for my newborn and I wanted to buy a swing. The cheapest swing there was $40, and it's a brand that retails for $40 brand new. Kind of ridiculous to charge retail prices for used items. When standing in line, I saw a stroller fan brand new in box on an end cap, it was marked for close to $20. TONS of clothes, and lots of baby supplies for great deals!
Very sad , I put some shoes on hold & marked my work I was going to pick them up she put them back on sale.
Beverly and Sophie went above and beyond today! I do one or two shopping sprees a year for all my nieces and nephews. Between last night and this AM I bought over 100 items. There was a special “buy 5 get 5 sale” going on and the person who ran my transaction last night forgot to apply it. These ladies took my receipt, did the math, and applied that discount. They won a customer for life - I’ll continue to make the trip from New Orleans and shop with this store. (And tell all my friends!)
Honestly, these negative reviews are coming from people who do not understand or follow the rules of selling here. This store is very helpful and people need to remember this is a chain store, NOT a small business. Corporate controls prices and how much is offered for clothes you try to sell, not the employees. I have shopped easily here and have found great second hand items here that I normally cannot find at thrift stores.
