Took them Many Many Items over the years as I have a 15-year-old and a 9-month-old love the prices, love the sales. Both stores Outer Loop and Elizabethtown are very nice my whole family and I shop at them and will continue keep up the good work we truly need more places like y'all!!!! It's getting really old seeing overpriced baby stores. I couldn't tell you how many times I have went in there 10 minutes before closing and they have always been so nice and understanding that's what keeps me coming back..

I have always given Once Upon a Child good business each time I enter their store. Most times spending at least 50 if not 100 or more dollars. I have also now sold items to this location two times. The first time they took many sets of clothes and only gave me seven dollars. The second time I took in a box with multiple pairs of nice boys shoes. They chose to purchase five pairs and when I checked out, they gave me a little over $37. Later, while I was at work, they called me and asked me to come back due to a mistake. When ... read more

I have shopped here for quite a few years so obviously I like the deals. But what drives me insane is when the racks are cram packed and that makes it hard to look through the clothes and The isles are so small and people are constantly bumping into you with carts and strollers. What I hear people complaining about a lot is that they are really picky about “Worn and out of styles clothes” but yet you will come across some of the most worn iteams.

This store is amazing. The workers are great and their prices are just great. The workers were so sweet to me and I’m a regular customer. Their system has helped me so much with me being a single mother and making it but barely. You can take your baby’s clothes that they can’t fit anymore and trade them in for credit towards more clothing. I fully recommend.
