HORRIBLE customer service ! I bought a brand new playard in the box USED it once and wouldn't replace it! Basically said I broke it! I had purchased one six months ago and it broke so I PAID for another one again let my daughter use it one time and the side broke. Spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store but will never go again. Horrible way to treat people. Shame on them!
This is the only place to go for kids clothes. All name brand and excellent condition. The only downside is selling items. I bought 3 kids wardrobes from here, some were barely worn, and they would only accept things I brought with tags. I gave my sister the remaining items to sell at a garage sale, she decided to go back a week later here and they bought almost everything. Kind of shady on the selling part.
Had such a humiliating experience at Once Upon a Child on Hickman Rd. today!!! The Manager, Tyler, obviously has never worked in the public sector or in customer service because I would NEVER have treated a customer like he did me, my dauther, and my grandson. My daughter left there in tears!! I just returned everything we bought there earlier today and will NEVER give them one more penny of my money!!!! They don't even deserve one star!!!
