All of the staff is just rude for no reason, they don’t take clothes unless in a closed lid tote which is unrealistic every time I walk in there I regret it because none of them are nice or welcoming I was in there a few days ago and just left because they were all rude and spent more time complaining about their lives behind the counter than they actually care about customers or the store. The store is very clean, well organized, and has all the sizes a child may need while growing. So why a three star? Because the store is 95% clothes. Other than a few bassinets, toys and games, it lacked things like tubs, high chairs, that sort of thing. Which we drove an hour hoping to find. I'd recommend Kid to kid for that sort of thing. But if clothes are what you need.....Once Upon A Child has it!
Save yourself the trouble and go to the one in okemos. The staff here is rude as hell. I got there 4 minutes before they opened. I’m currently 8 months pregnant, had my 2 year old in one arm, and a box full of clothes in the other. They wouldn’t let me in 4 minutes early … They had told my husband when he came in the day before they wouldn’t take the clothes unless they were in a clear container.
