I actually really like the buy back and in store clothing options, the issue is customer service. There’s an older woman that I’ve encountered 5+ times who goes out of her way to be rude. Truly comes up to me every time I’m there to interject what I’m doing. It makes me not want to go in which sucks because I have a tight budget and two growing kids. Worlds bestest store ever
I love the Brighton location, so I assumed I would like this one too. Instead, everything here was almost double the price. When I realized that, I decided to return most of what I bought only a few days earlier. The same man who originally checked me out handled my return, and he was rude from the moment I walked in. His attitude was unpleasant, and he came across as honestly pretty slimy. Terrible customer service!!!! Watch out for the heavyset blonde woman with all the tattoos! She'll treat you like crap and won't care at all that she did so!
