Nice clean store, with even nicer owner! We chatted with the owner while in town for a soccer tournament. She was so kind they had amazing inventory and great prices!
Terrible customer service, and forget if you have a complaint about being treated poorly the owner is an extremely unpleasant women. Far from in it for the right reasons.
I actually really like the buy back and in store clothing options, the issue is customer service. There’s an older woman that I’ve encountered 5+ times who goes out of her way to be rude. Truly comes up to me every time I’m there to interject what I’m doing. It makes me not want to go in which sucks because I have a tight budget and two growing kids.
