The products from people in the area are nice. However the customer service is lacking. An item was tagged $10 and when I attempted to check out he rang it for $20 and said someone had marked it wrong. Poor customer service in my opinion. The price should be what the tag said- an in house discrepancy is not the consumers problem. He should have honored what the tag was marked as. 😑
I was recently at this location to sell clothing. I made sure to follow the rules that they yelled at me for in the past, that being that the clothes weren't in a tote. So I spent time flattening every piece, making sure it was near perfect. I drove 40 minutes out there and then waited for my clothing to be done with sorting. I just went in to buy and walked out with nothing. VERY expensive for used baby clothes. $5.50 for a pilled cotton Carter's sleeper when I can get them new for $8.00, seriously? I'll stick to Kid to Kid in Grand Rapids.
