Business is really good here, and they do an excellent job organizing and refreshing the clothes and items. Some of the products are in almost like-new condition. They’re also very thorough when inspecting secondhand items. A few of the children’s clothes we tried to sell were rejected even though we thought they were still in pretty good shape — which honestly says a lot about their standards (in a good way). I was 3rd in line waiting to sell clothes, did everything they asked, waited 1 1/2 hrs before they took care of me. Would not let me leave & come back. I know they took others before me even though they said I would not loose my place in line! They were all pleasant enough except for the lady checking me out, she’s was unpleasant and condescending. I also think she didn’t add non clothing items that were new & they kept. I should have said something but I just wanted experience to end. No explanation why they didn’t buy some... read more
