Went today to sell 2 new pair of shoes my daughter never wore, one with tags, 3 dresses, a Red Descents costume and wig in the package. A few name brand tshirts and athletic shorts. They wanted 8 of the items….for $20.80. I told them no when they kept everything except one outfit and a sweater. I told them to give me everything back. The lady gave everything back except for the costume and wig. I had to ask for it back specifically…they had put it somewhere else away from all the other items they were purchasing. Very rude and unprofessional. They work like they dont like there job and facial expressions are terrible make people feel not welcome. Made me wait an hour for them to give me almost everything back because they wasn’t taking 6-9 months they could have said that at the beginning when they told me to put clothes flat on the bin. First and last time coming here.
I wouldn't waste your time selling here unless you are in desperate need of little money for large amounts of clothes. We walked there in the rain to sell to them today hoping for a little extra cash, and they wouldn't even look at our items because they stopped buying for the day, hours before they close. This isn't the first time they have done this, they choose random days they decide they don't want to buy anymore and they make it an inconvenience for everyone else. I was nervous to come in here because of all of the negative reviews but everyone was friendly! If you are looking for Minnie Mouse clothes, this is your stop. There were SO many. It lost a star because it was really hard to find things, particularly 4T shorts (although they were there), and their newborn stuff. It was also so incredibly hot in there which makes it difficult for us pregnant mamas. I would have spent way more but the heat made us leave early.
I was really disappointed with how this store handled a basic pricing issue. There was a large bin of breast milk storage bags, all identical products, but each was priced differently — ranging from $3.50 to $8. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they refused to honor the lower price on the exact same item. This was shady, especially for a product clearly grouped together in one bin.
