I've been here twice. The first time, they took longer to go through the clothes than they originally were supposed to. The thing is, they make you wait in store for this. The girl giving instructions on how to give them the clothes was also really rude. I've been to the Humble location a few times and they never make me wait in store. I drop off and run and errand or two and go back once I get the text that it's ready.
Called twice. No answer. Drove 20ish minutes to sell. Website says they buy up to 1 hr before close. Not true. Staff was rude. Don’t waste your time.
This place is awesome. They organize by style AND color so easy to get outfits together. Plus they got a trade in type service. Bring back outgrown toys, clothes, shoes gently worn and receive store credit to get more.clothes. I have found name brand clothes with tags still on em. I HIGHLY recommend this store.
Very small store . Crammed tight . Can’t even get around other people. Very unorganized toys. Messy store. Can’t even reach toys on top shelf . There was toys behind shelving also that you can’t even reach unless you moved the shelves. Probably won’t be back to this location. Messiest and smallest once upon a child I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few.
Called while pulling up to see if they were buying was told until 6pm. I pulled up at 5:30 while getting my things out the car someone runs up and puts a sign up that they were done buying.
