I dropped off my items around 11am. They let me know that they would call when ready… never received a call I called around 5pm to see if they were ready & they were! If you don’t want to sit around all day try another location. Although Better off donating for what they’re offering.

I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I called Once Upon a Child in Webster around 4:25 PM specifically to confirm what time they were accepting items for purchase because I didn’t want to make a wasted trip. I was told they were buying until approximately 6:00–6:30 PM, so I relied on that information and had my son’s father drive over 25 minutes to the store with the items.
