I’m very disappointed with my experience today. I called Once Upon a Child in Webster around 4:25 PM specifically to confirm what time they were accepting items for purchase because I didn’t want to make a wasted trip. I was told they were buying until approximately 6:00–6:30 PM, so I relied on that information and had my son’s father drive over 25 minutes to the store with the items. I have not shopped here but have used the consignment side of things. In my few experiences the staff have very poor customer service skills. This is based on more than one trip because I always places a second time and give the benefit of the doubt. They are always in a rush and I understand they are busy but nobody I have had help me actually make eye contact or say anything else to you except what they absolutely have to. I never have given less than 3 stars to any place but they were just very rude in my few experiences.
