I purchased a mom push stroller here priced at $100 on 2/26 I asked them before I bought it that if my baby didn't like it if I can take it back. I was told the policy is 7 days with a receipt . The stroller seemed to be in good condition and I know they have to inspect everything for safety so I went ahead used my 20% off and went about the day running to multiple places while stroller sat in my car not moving once. If I could give it no stars, I would. The Webster location has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are incredibly rude and obnoxious.
Decent prices and selection
Let me share my delightful experience at Webster Once Upon a Child Dropped off two totes for them to review - fine, whatever. They blazed through them in under an hour (when they quoted 2 hours?) but okay. Being 7 almost 8 months pregnant, I went in first to collect payment for what they kept, then waited in the car with my toddler (parents, you get it) while my husband went to grab the rejected items.
