I went to this franchise because I had a bad experience at Henrietta I was expecting different service. I showed up with two big bins of clothes that we're all laundered and laid out nice. I get texts all the time from the company to bring in clothes, they don't have to be in season, you will get money for your clothes. I’m just really frustrated with this location. I’ve been trying to bring in clothes to sell. I have a good amount. Because of the reusable bag/container requirement I only have so many bags/containers I can use. So I brought in 9 reusable shopping bags. I’ve been told they only accept 1 bag/container at a time right now. So I was told I’m expected to come back 9 days in a row to bring each one in. Nice workers and the deals here are amazing !! 20 body suits for $10 .
Went to this one with my grandparents and I had bought a bunch of stuff for my daughter and was given 30% off because they lady said everything in store was on sale. My grandma checked out at the same time as I was and wasn’t given the discount. They also had a sale on onesies but barely had any in bigger sizes.
