The BEST place to get anything you need for kids! I LOVE OUAC ! I highly recomend going to get anything that you need for your children. There staff is very helpful and the store is always kept up on. The managment is very undercontrol. If there was not an OUAC in my area my children would not walk around in the niice name brand clothes that they do now. The prices are so great, if you go anywhere else the prices are very outragous! Many people complain about not getting enough for the things they sell, but when i look at it... read more

its okay i really like once upon a child, but i get mad when i take things in to sell because they always say there very worn or not in style or stained and most of the things i take in are brand new and name brand clothes (gymboree, childrensplace, disney ect) i would not recommend taking in things to sell, and some things are worth buying i find alot of big toys there and pay great prices

NOT WORTH IT I brought four boxes of my daughter's 12 month to 18 month fall/winter clothing to sell. Most of the clothes were Carter's or Children's Place; some of the things may have been worn once or not at all. I had washed everything. I had thrown away anything that looked stained or faded. After I dropped the clothes off at OUAC, I went shopping in the stores around OUAC and went out to eat. The lady in charge said it would be an hour and a half for them to go through my clothes. No problem. I returned about ten minute... read more

Cheap and Friendly I love this store! Everyone here is very friendly. They always let me know the out come of my items in a friendly and timely manner everytime I come in! Some people tend to become a little upset and they keep their cool no matter the out come. Whenever I have a question about something that they didnt take they are more than happy to go through and explain things to me a little better.

What a Joke! Most of their stuff looks like it should be put out at a garage sale and they want outrageous prices for them. I was looking for shorts for my daughter and couldn't hardly find one pair. The ones I did find looked like they were from 10 years ago. They had an over abundance of jean skirts. I was wondering if this is all they buy. I found a few cute shirts but at the prices they wanted I could have went out and bought brand new for a few bucks more. Most of the t-shirts looked old and faded. I tried to sell some ... read more

i love this place if it weren't for once upon a child, my son would have the crappiest hand me downs. i've gotten every color of cordouroy pants and even nautica polo shirts for a few bucks. I'm sorry but they may not pay you much for your things you bring in, but in their defense you don't have to pay much for things you buy either. That's the whole idea for this place. I spent 92 dollars for a whole new wardrobe for my son at the beginning of winter including 10 new pairs of pants and about 20 new shirts/sweaters. that wou... read more

Highway Robbery! This place is a total waste of time if you're motivation is to actually make any MONEY by selling your kids' clothes & toys. We brought TONS of name-brand clothing (Gymboree, Healthtex, Disney Store, and designer labels), books, movies, and Little Tikes toys. They wanted to give us $10!! I just about fell out of my seat. I had gone to a great deal of trouble washing, ironing, checking for spots, etc., and to get this response was a slap in the face. One of the items was a girl's Little Tikes lighted talking ... read more

Great for brand new items - don't sell to them, though The staff is very sweet at this location, and I almost feel sorry for them being put in this position. But, that said, they sell brand new boutique style hairbows SO cheap that we keep going back. We've probably got more than 50 bows by now, and 90% of them came from Once Upon A Child. But, if you bring things in to sell to them, they pay you a fraction of what you'd get even at a garage sale. It's just not worth it.
