Awful service, lazy employees – I have always enjoyed going to once upon a child and buying clothes for my children, until I went to the Huber Heights store. I had extremely bad service trying to have my clothes bought back. After a hour and a half waiting until closing time with 2 young children and a 30 minute drive up to the store, they said they couldn't get to the clothes and to come back tomorrow afternoon!!!!!! Why did they quote me a hour!!!! If it was that long of a line ahead of me tell me before wasting my time!!!... read more
amazing – their employees are very nice and helpful. There clothes are wonderful and priced at very afordable numbers. I enjoy this store very much and would not know what to do without it.
