Pésimo hace un año pude dar las 5 estrellas pero hoy que fui las “políticas nuevas” Lleve ropa en una caja de plástico y luego que reclamo donde está porque nunca me llamaron para ir a la tienda me dicen que donaron todo y hasta le contenedor y luego solo 11$ para gastar en la misma tienda y luego la muchacha que estaba ahí es mala clase porque si no les gusta hacer ese trabajo no buscan otro para que no esté amargada ahí y es latina lo peor !! No vuelvo a este lugar!!!

Noo don’t RECOMMEND this store to sell.. In First place one of them I’m guessing Hispanic or Latina has A Whole attitude from the start! Second of all they expect us to build and add batteries like what in the world . I’m selling you guys baby stuff and expect me to do your job. This place sucks I would rate it a 0 stars staff just isn’t it. No energy no nothing !!

Good evening. I am a frequent customer of Once Upon a Child, and I regularly visit the Austell location due to its proximity to my home. While I appreciate the convenience, I have consistently experienced poor customer service at this store. My visit the other day was particularly disappointing. I was informed that no estimated wait time could be provided for my items, a departure from my previous experiences.
