Brought my daughter in Sunday afternoon to sell some of her clothes that no longer fit her. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and she was happy to earn some extra cash. The team was excellent.
Privacy gone. If you plan to sell they require you to fill out a questionare, provide phone number, and various personal questions just to sell a kids shirt. Assume they will be selling this data eventually.
They have a huge selection of things, but selling to them is infuriating. I took a huge box of clothes and shoes to them and they accepted maybe 10 items and said the rest had stains and wear and tear, yet when I opened the box to see what they didn’t accept the first item was a pair of overalls my son never even wore. There was also a diaper bag in there that my sister bought from another OUAC location and decided she didn’t want it so she gave it to me. I was skeptical to leave a review after my first visit after seeing all the other reviews - but after a few visits the service was consistent and excellent. They’ve bought a good amount from me and have been kind and honest on what they are taking vs not taking. I appreciate this store, I’ve been very grateful to make a few dollars while cleaning out my son’s room.
