Ridiculous service ever. The staff is the very attitude. They treat the customer like selling item for free. Not ever recommend this place. Don't even try to enter the store.
this was a terrible experience!!! The customer service is the worst, they are completely rude! I took an entire bin there of clothes barely used and new onesies and brand new socks. They call me and tell me they are done I get there and the lady tells me that they don't take socks which is a lie because they sell socks by the shoes. And they take onesies unless they are brand new and in a package but they didn't take the pack I had in the bin, so that's questionable as well. Rude service is an understatement!! From what I remembered, their website stated up to 3 totes can be brought in to sell, which is what I did. When I got to the store, the clerk agreed with what was stated online (3 totes) but could only take 2 that day. She suggested I come back tomorrow with the third tote (no apologies given). While my 2 totes were being gone through, I did some shopping, finished my transaction at the register, and walked out the door. Store is racist toward black. They refuse to buy clothes from black i dont see why they are still open
This store is awesome their clothing is extremely reasonable and adorable. I couldn't believe all the great outfits I found for my daughter. I would suggest this place to everyone, you will not walk out there disappointed or empty handed. The owner even has beautiful hair accessories for little girls.

I love this store! Ive been shopping at this store for a few years now and I LOVE it! The prices are reasonable and the staff are always polite and personable. I've bought several Gymboree outfits there (some with the tags still on!) for 25-50% of what Gymboree sells it for! People always compliment me on my kids clothes, I tell them that I got them from Once Upon a Child! Great store! I tell of my friends! I have been shopping at this store for about 3 years. This is the only clothing store I can get my boys to shop at! They actually LIKE shopping here! They have a better selection of big boys sizes (size 12 and 16) than any other consignment store Ive been to. Their clothes are wonderfully priced and always in perfect condition!
