Overall a very unpleasant experience at this store. The way the workers conducted themselves towards us was rude and dismissive, I couldn't stand seeing them act that way towards us. We tried to be kind and compassionate to them, but they had a certain attitude about them that I could not stand. The fact that this place even gets business shocks me. Ridiculous service ever. The staff is the very attitude. They treat the customer like selling item for free. Not ever recommend this place. Don't even try to enter the store.
I usually take a picture of my stuff before I Leave the store. This time I didn't because I had three kids with me. I dropped off a large Costco brand size 5 diaper box full of clothing and shoes to be sold when I came back and it was gone. Very disappointing. The lady at the desk just said,"I am not sure what to do?"
It's a very nice store, way better than the Kid to Kid in Bedford. They have a nice selections of clothes, shoes and toys. The prices do seem to be a bit arbitrary. It's the kind of store you have to go once every other week or so to check out new products. I have bought nice quality pants with tags for 4 dollars and have seen ragged pants for 10. There are some toys that are ridiculously expensive, but some are a great deal (I snagged a sea patroller plus all the 6 sea patrol vehicles and pups for 30 dollars). The staff... read more
This location recently went an ownership change and management has become rude, snobby, and standoffish. I used to sell stuff here on occasion and loved to browse and buy. Half my Christmas for my nieces and nephew came from this location last year, I loved it! They were always very polite about what they would and wouldn't take and treated me like I was the sole person keeping the business alive even if I just came in to buy a $2 book.
