I usually take a picture of my stuff before I Leave the store. This time I didn't because I had three kids with me. I dropped off a large Costco brand size 5 diaper box full of clothing and shoes to be sold when I came back and it was gone. Very disappointing. The lady at the desk just said,"I am not sure what to do?"
I use to work here was a good store. Now it’s run down and I get watched while shopping also the manager had the nerve to tell me I’m not allowed in the store cause I quite. Not very professional lei.
Total rip off.. especially if u choose to drop your belongings off if recommend you not don’t even waste your time going here your better off selling them on Facebook!! Never again will I go there!
RecommendedI go here a lot to shop for my Grandkids. They’re always friendly and courteous and the prices and merchandise are amazing. It gets crazy when a lot of people bring in a lot of clothes for them to purchase but it gets taken care of quickly and the racks are always well stocked and clean. Wonderful experience.
I have had exceptional customer service at the Maplewood Once Upon A Child, particularly from Lee! She is so friendly, helpful and nice. She makes me feel welcome and remembered when I come in. As far as shopping, I usually find too many good things to choose from for my kiddos at great prices! This location is my favorite Once Upon A Child!

They have an amazing selection, from newborn to 18 years. They buy gently used clothes which makes it community funded. It’s in a great location just outside of the Maplewood mall. And the staff is excellent!
