bad shopping experience Staff memebers were not even slighly friendly. I didn't receive any help or acknowledgement that I was in the store and I shopped for an hour! I expect more hospitality in a small business. Prices weren't too bad and the condition of items were to be expected from a used clothing store. As I was checking out a lady left the store after selling some items. The staff that assisted her talked bdly about her and her items. Give them a break! I have had a few positive shopping trips to the Arvada store. I have also had a few negative ones as well- as with any consignment shop. Everyone has bad days, even sales clerks. So don't walk in there expecting star treatment and you wont be disappointed. If you want to be treated like you are so special go to the mall.
Big Disappointment The prices at this store are pretty high. As for the things they will take, I am not sure because I am very picky about my kids clothes as far as no stains, no holes, etc. and they hardly take anything. I would rather give it to someone that really needs it.
There are not as ad as all these other people say! I just thought I would post something possitive sine everyone else was so negative. I have been in the store many times to sale my childrens cloths. I do not shop there but I figure i spend thousands of dollars every year on my three children. So I might as well get some cash back on them. The ladys have always been super nice

Hate It I usually try to give all of my kids clothe away to someone that might need it. When I had a girl there was no one to pass it on to. So i heard about ONCE UPON A CHILD thinking it would be a good idea to get money for sligtly used stuff. The staff is totally rude. They did take my stuff but they treat you like a charity.
