Very rude and unhelpful staff. Do not greet customers just stare uncomfortably at you when you walk in. Very uninviting will not be returning
Honestly, this is the last time I try to sell to Once Upon a Child. I came in with 2 bins. When I went to go cash out was told that nothing was accepted because there was a storage smell. The girl at the register started to list off the items that they were taking, including shoes. I said so you guys aren't taking any of the shoes I brought in? There are like 30 pairs in there... and the girl who checked the bins in was like honestly, we don't go through the bins once theres a storage smell, you're going to have to come back... read more
